INSIEME PER ARRIVARE PIÙ LONTANO. MUSEI ED ENOGASTRONOMIA: UNA RELAZIONE VIRTUOSA PER LO SVILUPPO DEL TERRITORIO

The aim of this work is to deepen, through the presentation of some cases, the relationship between museums and food and wine, in order to highlight how the mutual synergy can derive positive effects for both sectors. The relationship between museums and food and wine productions can in fact derive significant benefits not only in terms of local development, as in the case of projects aimed at the recovery of ancient cultivation methods, but also in terms of visibility, as in the case of co-branding strategies.
