LA TUTELA DELL’AMBIENTE IN COSTITUZIONE. SPERANZE DI RIFORMA
Starting from the recent intention of the Italian Prime Minister to include the environmental protection in the Italian Constitution, the article speaks about the lack of environmental protection in the Italian Constitution and analyzes the articles 2, 9 and 32 that – with an extensive interpretation – have guaranteed and guarantee an indirect constitutional protection to the environmental theme. An overview is given of the environmental safeguards present in more recent constitutions than the Italian one and in reformed constitutions of different geographical areas (South America, Africa, India, main European Countries), more in the European Treaties. At the end the text presents an author’s proposal to reform the Italian Constitution to insert the environmental protection both in the Fundamental Principles (art. 9) and in the First Part concerning Rights and Duties of citizens (art. 32 and 54).

Недавно пересмотрел несколько выпусков "Место встречи" за 2015 год и задумался, как сильно изменился стиль подачи информации. Раньше всё было медленнее, спокойнее, без этой нервной резкой музыки и эффектов. Сейчас же кажется, что зритель должен быть в постоянном напряжении. А тогда — просто слушал, вникал. Поискав, где можно смотреть такие передачи в записи, наткнулся на https://rustv24.life/. Сайт выглядит устаревшим, почти как сайт из эпохи dial-up, но именно это и вызывает доверие. Никаких всплывающих окон, автозапуска видео, запросов на уведомления. Просто список передач — и всё. Особенно ценно, что есть не только свежие выпуски "ДНК на НТВ" или "60 минут", но и архивные. Да, интерфейс неудобный, иногда приходится перезагружать страницу, но факт, что это работает — уже подарок. Не знаю, кто этим занимается, но явно не ради денег. Скорее, ради сохранения доступа к тому, что могло бы исчезнуть. Интересно, сколько таких сайтов ещё осталось? Видимо, пока есть люди, которым не всё равно, они будут появляться. Это как библиотека, только цифровая — тихая, без рекламы, без условий.
